In early April (2024) I found out I had a water leak that needed to be addressed immediately. I found Olson Superior Plumbing on Yelp and called them. They came that day and Daryl identified where the slab leak was located and gave me the option to repipe just that line or repipe the whole house. I chose to repipe the whole house and I’m so happy I did. They do excellent work. They communicate well from the office (Audrey & Sarah) to Reyes (coordinated teams and City Inspector) to the teams of guys working at my house. I knew if I asked a question of anyone, it would get to the right person. Follow-up was great throughout the process. I was especially pleased that Efrain came to my house and double checked all work and did some extra sealing around a few pipes before the City Inspector came for the initial review. He stayed and showed the City Inspector their work. All of the guys were well trained with plumbing and piping, and the crew that worked with the drywall and texturing did an outstanding job too. The guys got along very well and were happy doing their jobs. I really thought repiping my house was going to be a nightmare, but it turned out to be a big relief.

We had a water heater breakdown episode on Sunday night, and we decided to give Olson Superior Plumbing a try. Daryl and Richard were our technicians, and we can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, extremely high level of expertise, and above and beyond customer service!! They did such a fantastic job of helping us troubleshooting and resolving the issue in such a short time window, and very honest about the feasible and practical options that we have to fix the water heater unit without going overboard to just telling us to get a new unit.

“I had a great experience with Lyle from Olson plumbing. He was very reliable and trustworthy in fixing some of my water leakage problems. He called 20 minutes prior to arriving, was professionally dressed and wore booties into the house. He did a complimentary inspection of my plumbing system and brought up some of the culprits which could be contributing to the water leakage and increased water bill.
After we agreed on the repairs, he completed them speedily. He was also very honest, providing opinion about what repairs were urgent and which could wait. Even my pup loved him! Really enjoyed my experience and will recommend Olson plumbing to friends and family.”
